The License Activation doc covers the full key-paste flow, including email fallback, moving between sites, and the specific error messages you might see. In short:

1. Purchase from sheetlinkwp.com/pricing - you will receive the license key in a post-purchase email.
2. Open SheetLink -> License on your WordPress admin.
3. Paste the key (format slkey_ followed by 32 characters) and click Activate this site.

Each tier activates a fixed number of sites: Freelancer 5, Agency 25, Enterprise 100. Deactivate any site from its License page to free a slot; the new site can activate immediately.

View and manage your activated sites at sheetlinkwp.com/account/. Deactivating the plugin on a WordPress site frees the slot automatically. You can also remove a site directly from the customer portal.

Every form submission is automatically scored 0-100 by AI and assigned a category:

• Hot (70-100) - high-intent leads ready for immediate follow-up
• Warm (40-69) - interested prospects worth nurturing
• Cold (0-39) - low-priority or spam submissions

The score and category columns are automatically appended to your Google Sheet alongside the form data.

Limits: 300 scores/month (a la carte) or 1,500-3,000/month on monthly plans.

Use cases: prioritize follow-ups, filter hot leads in your spreadsheet, trigger automations based on score thresholds.

Push changes from Google Sheets back to WordPress. When a row is edited in Sheets, the change is sent to your WordPress site via a secure REST endpoint.

Use cases: update lead status, trigger workflows, sync CRM data back to WordPress.

Setup:

1. Go to SheetLink -> Two-Way Sync in your WordPress admin
2. The page provides an auto-generated Apps Script, webhook URL, and activity log
3. Deploy the generated Apps Script on your Google Sheet
4. Changes in Sheets are automatically pushed to your WordPress site

Poll intervals: 10 minutes on the Agency Bundle plan, 5 minutes on Agency Plus.

Replace the plugin name, logo, and accent colors throughout the WordPress admin. Menu items, page headers, and settings all show your branding. Your clients never see the "SheetLinkWP" brand.

Configure from: SheetLink -> Add-ons after subscribing to the White-Label add-on or a monthly plan that includes it.

Settings:

• Plugin Name - replaces "SheetLink" in the admin menu and all page headers
• Primary Color - custom accent color for buttons, badges, and highlights
• Logo URL - your logo displayed in the plugin settings pages

Send form submissions to multiple destinations simultaneously. Fan-out happens in parallel - delivery to one destination doesn't block others.

Manage everything at sheetlinkwp.com/account/. Sign-in is email-based with a secure magic link - no WordPress admin required.

How sign-in works:

1. Enter the email you used to purchase.
2. We send a magic-link email (expires in 15 minutes, single-use).
3. Click the link - you're signed in with an HttpOnly session cookie that lasts 7 days.
4. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter your 6-digit code or a backup code.

The portal is organized into three tabs:

• Licenses & add-ons - view licenses, activated sites, current monthly plan, and active add-ons. Subscribe to or cancel add-ons.
• Agency (Agency + Enterprise tiers only) - portfolio rollup across every client site. Submission volume and delivery health in the last 7 days. Deactivate or reactivate client sites to manage license slots.
• Security - enable two-factor authentication, turn on IP lock, set up subscription-change notification webhooks.

Destructive actions like cancelling a subscription or disabling 2FA require a fresh 6-digit email code on top of the normal session, so a lost device cookie can't be used to wreck your account.
